I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 10 years of professional experience working as a School Counselor and having been working with adults and children in an outpatient setting for the past few years. What is your approach to therapy? I like to follow a holistic approach to therapy that is primarily client centered. Whatever the reason you are seeking therapy is, I am here to support and guide you along the way. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, motivation, and self-esteem. I also work with many clients to help improve executive functioning skills (memory, focus, organization, etc.). What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is to create an open and safe environment for my clients where thoughts and feelings can be shared without the fear of judgement.
