I am licensed in Indiana with 3 years of professional work experience. I have worked in both a clinical and school setting as a mental health therapist, as well as, and academic and career counselor. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of topics including stress and anxiety, anger management, depression, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It is my goal to partner with my clients to reach their therapy goals. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
