Pronouns she/her. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am Body Trust and Intuitive Eating informed and provide a body positive lens. I utilize a trauma informed, client centered approach to work with those with a history of trauma (PTSD/CPTSD), anxiety, depression, disordered eating, religious abuse, and relationship difficulties such as family and/or intimate partner dynamics. My main objective is to create a safe space for you to come and connect with yourself so that you are more able to obtain healing and make meaningful connections with others.
