About

As a licensed therapist in New York and Connecticut, my priority is creating an emotionally safe environment for my clients that fosters trust and acceptance. Oftentimes we receive messages in our childhood, from family and friends, and social media that it is important to be accepted, but can simultaneously struggle with feelings of loneliness, inadequacy, and disarray that arise from trying to achieve it. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have had the privilege of working with people with a wide variety of anxiety disorders, obsessive comp
