I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience in providing counseling. I approach my clients from an open and client-directed approach. From this trauma-informed prospective, I am able to teach new coping skills, behavioral responses and more mindful ways to interact with the world. I have worked with adults of all ages, from many different backgrounds and many different perspectives. I have worked with clients who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and career coaching. Although change is not easy for most people, you can make meaningful progress.
