Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) certified therapist in Minnesota with 10+ years of experience. I truly care about people and work hard to understand and provide feedback for those who need it. I am nonjudgemental and provide empathy and understanding to others.

My approach uses a strength and evidence-based approach to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment disorders. To empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. Past clients have told me that I am approachable and compassionate. I have experience working with clients age 6 and up.

My experience is varied and across many different settings including working for a crisis hotline, case management, private practice and school-linked mental health. I am a strong advocate for mental health in my community and am actively involved with learning new techniques and skills.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from St. Cloud State University (MN) and a M.A in Counseling from the University of North Dakota. I reside in MN with my husband and two elementary-aged children. My personal interests include traveling, baking, organizing and family time.
