About

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Hawaii with 3 years of experience working as a counselor in private practice and 13 years working with children and families with parenting concerns and developmental delays. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and addictions . I have also worked with many children, teens and young adults with developmental delays.

My core values are empathy, open mindedness and loyalty and I approach all that I work with with these core values at the forefront. I desire to meet all people where they are at in their lives with an open mind and empathetic heart in order to help them achieve their greatest reality. My usual approach to counseling is cognitive behavioral where I will talk with you through the thoughts and feelings that you are having and how they may be shaping your behaviors. Please know that while I challenge your thought patterns, I will never question your values and beliefs.

I truly enjoy getting to know each and every person I work with and I look forward to getting to know you. I understand that seeking help can sometimes be scary or overwhelming, please know that I am ready to walk your path with you and help you live the life you are wanting to live.
