Some of the areas I have experience helping clients with include depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. My theoretical orientations include Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, Family Systems and I am a trauma informed therapist as well.
