I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with seven years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Counseling can be a golden hour in our week that we reserve for growing and making our relationships better. My approach is direct and straight to the point while not loosing sight of gentleness and compassion. My hope is that you leave the conversation feeling heard and known with a clear picture of how you want to move forward. Our time together usually includes a check in, work in how the past could be impacting you today, goal formation or suggestions, acknowledgement of circumstances and encouragement.

I have been married to my husband for almost 10 years and during that time have supported him in his career as a firefighter/ paramedic. Five years ago I had a silent conversation as I was walking in my front door one day that if we were ever going to have children God would have to drop them at my doorstep. He did almost that exact thing 3 months later. When I am not working you can find me outside in the yard with my kids or cooking because I love to. There is significance in the mundane.
