I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of South Carolina with over 5 years of experience working primarily with Substance Use Disorders, as well as the co-occurring disorders that often accompany addiction. I have a Master's degree in Psychology, with a focus in clinical counseling, and throughout my time in school and after, I've worked with a variety of clients, including clients struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I believe that therapy should be collaborative, non-judgmental, and an open space to create a better life for yourself. My therapeutic approach relies on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques, and I believe that every person's treatment plan should be unique and personal to their specific needs and goals.
