I am a individual counselor in North Carolina with close to 7 years of counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addiction, and stress-related to gender identity.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I meet the client where they are at in the moment with an approach that is non-judgmental, compassionate, and open. My approach is eclectic from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapy.
