I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation licensed in Tennessee with over 4 years of experience. I am a National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including struggling with addiction issues, depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. I have helped many people who have experienced emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

My counseling style focuses on rapport building and meeting the client where they are at in a non-judgmental manner. My approach is integrative, which includes utilizing: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. We will work together in order to find. the best approach for you and the goals you would like to work on.
