I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I have 3 years of licensed experience, primarily working with children and the family systems. I have had the privilege of gaining experience in a variety of counseling settings. I primarily offer individual counseling, but do have experience in both group and family counseling. I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and social needs. My approach to therapy is client-centered to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness and other treatment approaches that will best fit the needs of the individual.
