Hi there! I’m so glad you’ve made the decision to reach out for additional support with what you are facing in life right now. Life can be challenging ..and overall wellness cannot be achieved without both your physical AND emotional health in check. I have over 20 years of experience in the field, and I am eager to share my knowledge and support with you! I am a Licensed Clinician in Kentucky, and also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Hyonotherapist. My specialties involve working with PTSD and other trauma related symptoms, couples counseling, grief work, and general stress reduction and life enhancement.
