I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques to help clients improve coping skills to adjust to all the changes life brings. I create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore difficult issues as a part of the healing process is working with clients to explore unhelpful thoughts and emotions. I focus on communication techniques and thrive in a space of relationship: couples counseling; looking for a new relationship or beginning a relationship; or ending a relationship and next steps. My goal is to empower clients to take charge of their own lives.
