I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with three years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, challenges with self-harming and faith crises.

My counseling style is person-centered, strength based and solution focused. I tailor sessions to meet your individual need with the understanding that you are the expert of your life.

My nonjudgmental and accepting personality allows for the foundation of an effective therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your challenges and developing more tools for your toolbox
