I have helped many people overcome these types of problems to live happier and more fulfilling lives and welcome the opportunity to help you identify and overcome your obstacles so that you can live the more fulfilling life that you desire.

I combine evidence-based treatments such as Mindfulness & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with my personal therapeutic style, which is warm, collaborative and relational. I am dually-credentialed to treat both mental health disorders and addictions. Trauma and childhood issues are common with my clientele, and I am Certified in the use of EMDR by EMDRIA.

I believe that each person needs to feel understood and heard without fear of judgement, but also help in identifying issues and learning how to cope in a healthy way. My focus areas are: Anxiety Disorders to include PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Divorce, Co-parenting and Relationship Issues.

I utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy; tailoring my approach to each client's specific situation and needs.
