Experienced Clinical Therapist in community-based and outpatient mental health services. Skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and other therapeutic techniques. As an outpatient clinical therapist with a CBT orientation, I see clients of different ages and stages of life (7-years old till 68 years old) in the community and via remote Telehealth. As a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, I obtained a Master’s Degree focused in Clinical Psychology and a minor in Forensics from Barry University.
