Hello, I'm Amanda. People come to therapy for many reasons; dealing with daily stressors, improving relationships, building confidence within yourself, etc. There may be times when difficult feelings arise, but we will work together to jump those hurdles, and I will support you in achieving your goals. My goal is to make your time with me helpful and worthwhile. I work with compassion and non-judgement, and provide a safe space where you can speak openly. I look forward this journey with you! I am able to practice with clients within the United States, per my professional license.
