Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns or cycles of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We know that we don't like it, that if feels uncomfortable or bad, however we aren't quite sure how to get ourselves out of these cycles. I help individuals identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that seem to be in control of their lives and where these patterns originated from. By identifying these patterns and their roots, we can work together to create a new way of interacting with self, others, and the world.

My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and straightforward. I practice in a way that offers emotional safety and understanding while also challenging my clients to meet their goals, grow, and change in the ways that they desire. I primarily use Attachment Therapy alongside Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies to identify the issue and build a new way of being that brings peace, strength, and resiliency. I have worked with a wide range of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to address anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, addiction, impulse control, anger issues, obsessive/compulsive issues, bulimia and binge eating disorders, and personality disorders.
