I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Oregon. I have much lived experience in overcoming adversities and over 6 years in the field working with individuals both in and outpatient. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing chronic suicidal ideation, depression, self-harm, trauma, and anxiety. However, I am skilled in addressing a variety of other needs as well.

I truly believe one of the strongest and most courageous things a person can do is seek help. I pride myself in assisting my clients towards experiencing relief, finding joy, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My therapy style is compassionate, and strengths based, but also straight forward and sometimes blunt. My approach combines elements of reality-based therapy, solutions focused brief therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Each session is tailored towards the needs of my clients.
