My approach to therapy is to do what works for my clients. Some people need to examine their past to cope and move forward. At the same time, others need to work on what is currently happening in their lives. I can help with both. We all get stuck sometimes, whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, couples issues, or family struggles. Someone with a severe mental illness or someone coping with a loved one is dealing with those issues. Someone who does not know what is affecting them needs help moving forward. I am here to help. I work with all ages, from children to teens to adults to seniors, and I use multiple modalities depending on what works for each client.
