I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love working with children, teens, families and couples. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief and anger.
I utilize multiple approaches to assist and support clients to be the best version of themselves. Some of the approaches include the strengths-based approach, mindfulness and acceptance. I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through the difficulties of life.
