Hello there! I am so happy you are here. My name is Amalia Sirica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker as well as a yoga teacher. I have been a practicing therapist for almost ten years, with a special focus on relationships and healthy communication.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (talk therapy) with somatic and mindfulness practices to help my clients access deeper layers of healing and find peace and joy. I also do career coaching.
