About

Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, especially in our closest relationships. When problems arise, I'm here to help you explore those moments with compassion and understanding. Through a strengths-based systemic approach to therapy, we'll explore all aspects of your life that might be contributing to the issue at hand, and work towards finding practical solutions that resonate with you.

I firmly believe that problems don't exist in isolation. That's why I take a holistic approach, considering how various factors in your life might be influencing the challenges you're facing. In our sessions, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself and discover your own strengths and resilience.

My passion lies in empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. I see each person as the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery. Together, we'll build a trusting relationship grounded in respect and empathy, and I'll provide you with the tools you need to move forward with confidence.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University before relocating to Texas in 2012 to pursue my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Over the years, I've gained experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, addressing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem. I have always loved northern Colorado and missed living there so in 2023, I moved back to Colorado with my husband.

I'm excited to embark on this journey with you and to support you in building meaningful, healthy relationships and finding significance in your unique experiences. If you're ready to take the next step towards positive change, I'm here to help.
