Since graduating from the Silver School of Social Work at NYU in 2012, I've developed an an integrative, outside the box approach specifically tailored to the needs of each client in a safe, non judgmental space. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder as well as substance abuse, family problems, trauma, and other related issues. Additionally, I have a unique focus on assisting individuals as going through life transitions, existential issues, and those seeking to better themselves.

I believe deeply in the power of insight; I don't think we can change our feelings and behaviors without first knowing their origins. I combine psychodynamic techniques with hands on cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients increase their understanding and lay the groundwork for long term change. I work from a place of radical non-judgment and will encourage you to join me in exploring your patterns as value neutral habits you engage in to get your needs met. I truly believe that everyone is doing the best they can in the only way they know how. I commend you for seeking out new, more adaptive ways to live and I'm excited to guide you on this journey.
