Hello! My name is Alyssa (She/Her). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 3 years of professional work and experience in different settings, along with a range of severity levels.

I find my therapy style to be integrative and person-centered. I will pull from an array of modalities and follow your lead throughout the therapy process.

I have experience in helping individuals with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression; all stemming from a medley of life experiences. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
