My name is Alyssa and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I enjoy creating a safe environment where clients can feel comfortable in expressing themselves, exploring what is on their mind and being their authentic selves. I believe in meeting clients where they are at, and approach each client with an individualistic and client-centered manner, as no two humans are the same. My past clients state they enjoy my friendly, caring and empathetic personality, along with my therapeutic experience. With over 6 years in the field, I have prominent experience working with couples, adults, and families, and have been thoroughly trained in trauma-informed practices with a focus on mindfulness. I am driven to create long-lasting and holistic change within individuals, and passionate about learning what motivates others to achieve their goals and assisting them towards completion.
