I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is crucial and strive to create a comforting and safe environment for everyone that I work with. I want each of my clients to feel empowered and confident. In my work with children, teens, and adults, I value collaboration with clients so that their goals and treatment plans can be tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, I am passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health, and want each of my clients to understand that whatever they are going through is valid and that they deserve compassionate support. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, and those with a history of trauma. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), play therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients achieve positive change.
