My name is Alyssa Moss, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with families and adults in the state of Virginia. I specialize in general issues to include depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral issues (ODD, Conduct disorder), PTSD, mood, crisis intervention, life stressors/adjustments, loss and grief, anger, impulsivity and communication/social skills. I like to utilize behavior-based therapies such as CBT, REBT and DBT to assist clients. “Meeting clients where they are” and helping those in need to reach goals while feeling better mentally is my personal commitment.
