Welcome! My name is Alyssa (she/her) and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Life is messy. As a therapist, I’ll help you take all of that messiness and rearrange it into something beautiful. Growth is a process and therapy isn’t easy, but I will be with you every step of the way! I pride myself in providing an inclusive, affirmative, and empowering environment for everyone! My therapy style is very eclectic. I like to combine different therapy approaches to best help individuals. I have a broad range of experience in different settings as well as with different mental health issues. I will strive to help you find your true self. I will help you become more self-aware and self-accepting, and help you live in the moment instead of focusing on the past or the future.
