Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a wide range of professional experience. Throughout the past 10 years, I have helped many people realize their strengths, power, and potential. I believe the key to living a full, content life is to learn to love yourself and to know that all of us can handle the curveballs life throws at us. All it takes to be successful is vulnerability and perseverance.

I enjoy helping clients with reducing stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, increasing self-esteem and confidence, as well as managing depression. I am proud of you for getting started and beginning to be your own advocate for a better life!

My style - transparency, kindness, and humor. Being authentic, kind, and making light when we can are three things I believe are an important part of the process of accepting ourselves and being able to know we can make the best of each day.

~~If I seem like I may be a good fit, that is great! I typically have availability on Monday and Tuesday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings. I do not have "open" slots for clients to select, I handle scheduling through messages to accommodate my client needs however I can. I will do the same for you!~~
