I believe that healing happens when we are able to tune in and listen to our authentic selves with compassion and acceptance. We often learn to hide or deny parts of ourselves in order to stay emotionally or physically safe in childhood. While originally adaptive, this can shape how we see the world, ourselves, and others in it and lead to suffering. I aim to create a safe space for my clients to share their story and be heard with compassion, curiosity, acceptance, and empathy. I utilize a neuro-informed, relational approach that emphasizes the connection between mind and body.
