Welcome. My name is Alex (they/them) and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland with 4 years of professional work experience. You are the expert in your own life, and I am committed to bringing a compassionate and nonjudgmental perspective to help you make progress towards your personalized therapy goals. I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, ADHD, and difficulties with impulse control and emotion regulation. I also meet with clients who struggle with motivation, low self- esteem, career difficulties, and coping with life changes. I am a queer and gender diverse provider who enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ clients as they navigate everyday life, coming out, and exploring their gender identity and expression. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
