I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 7+ years of professional counseling experience. I believe in helping people overcome societal norms and coaching them through living a life that satisfies their authenticity. I believe that no dream is out of reach. All it takes is a shift in mindset and belief, strategy, support, and grace. Together, we put it all out on the table and make a plan that feels good and achievable. Therapy can be a place for laughter, and a place of hard work and tough love -- growth and healing come from both ends of the spectrum.
