I am licensed in New York with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. As a mental health counselor, I see that my mission is to support and empower individuals as they are going through difficult and challenging times in their life. Tailoring treatment interventions based on the individual and their need for a therapeutic relationship. Empowering clients to become their best authentic self and reach their highest potential. By doing this I will provide a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental setting. This therapeutic relationship is important for progress in treatment.
