Hello! My name is Alyssa Andrews. I am an LMFT and while I've worked with a wide variety of people and ages over my 10 years in mental health, in this moment, my specialties include anxiety, depression, parenting support, pregnancy and postpartum counseling. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I focus on the issues that are most relevant and important to YOU, and I use a variety of other methods as they are appropriate and as they fit within counseling. I seek to have collaborative relationships with my clients -- nothing I suggest is going to be helpful unless it is relevant to you and your life, so I look to work with my clients to find solutions that are realistic and sustainable within their lives.
