Hi! My name is Alyssa Castellano. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland with over 10 years of experience as a therapist. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds who present with anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting concerns and more. I have worked in various settings, most recently in an outpatient mental health clinic.

I believe in meeting a person where they are and providing a safe space for everyone. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and take the time to really listen to what's important to you. We will work together to determine your treatment goals and take steps toward meeting those goals. My approach is integrative and dependent on your needs. I use cognitive-behavioral, supportive, person-centered and mindfulness-based approaches.
