Hi! I’m Alyson!
I am a licensed Social Worker in Minnesota with about 10 years of professional work experience. I did community mental health for over 7 years and care advocacy for 2 and now am back to doing some community work as well as Find A Therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I like to take a strengths based approach and be person centered in that process. I am a LGBTQ+ ally and believe in inclusivity.

I am married and have a daughter who is 4 and a son who is 15 months which has been keeping me pretty active lately. I enjoy reading, taking my toddlers on new adventures, and we are a baseball family!
