Welcome! I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have experience working in a mental health hospital, outpatient facility, in home counseling, and residential treatment centers. I’ve worked with individuals who have faced significant trauma in their life, grief and loss, mental health issues, self-harm, and suicidal ideations.
I would describe my therapeutic style as compassionate and caring. I will be here to support you and possibly even challenge you to help improve on yourself. We will work as a team to come up with treatment goals and ways to achieve them. I believe that everyone is unique so one counseling style does not fit all.
