My name is Alysha and I've been doing therapy with people of all ages since 2014. I started my social work career in the Wisconsin prison system. After getting out of prison (haha), I worked as an In-Home Therapist with Lutheran Social Services. Addiction is a major interest so I started working as an Addictions Counselor at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital and eventually landed at Mayo Clinic as a Psychotherapist.
In 2021, with so many people struggling to access mental health care, I decided to provide services online and have been providing online therapy services ever since!
