I am licensed in Utah, with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with symptoms associated with anxiety and depression, addictions issues. I have worked with individuals and couples on navigating problems that arise in relationships, including power and control dynamics. I’ve worked closely with survivors of trauma and abuse.
I believe individuals must feel safe to fully and effectively engage in a process of self-discovery and personal growth. I maintain a compassionate, non-judgmental stance to ensure individuals feel safe and supported throughout their healing process.
