I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been working in the mental health field for over five years. I work closely with those that have depression, trauma, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders. I'm passionate about mental health, ending stigma, and helping my clients be the best they can be. Through therapy I hope to open doors to new ideas and make life feel worth living. I put focus on establishing healthy boundaries and developing coping skills to deal with current life stressors, while examining the potential underlying issues and treating the whole person.
