I am licensed in Virginia with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, self-esteem, confidence, and depression to name a few. I take a Humanistic approach to counseling in the sense that there is a focus on your unique and personal potential for growth, self-love, and psychological understanding. In addition, I frequently lean on tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I am solution focused. My goal for our therapy is to create an open, safe, and judgment-free zone where you are free to heal and grow.
