I support clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship complications, and life transitions by creating insight and strategic interventions. I believe in a holistic, strengths-based approach while incorporating evidence-based methods to achieve changes. I specialize in unresolved grief, and losses of any kind such as divorce, loss of home, finances, previous functionality, and jobs/careers.Treatment includes TF-CBT, Radical acceptance, psychodynamic and mindfulness theories to help reframe the mind and reconstruct maladaptive thoughts and patterns. I seek to empower and motivate clients.
