I am a licensed counselor with over 15 year's experience , with additional specialized training in on-line therapy. Through empathy and dedication to individualized care, I strive to put clients at ease. I combine a variety of counseling modalities, to fit clients individual needs.
I believe that progress in counseling happens best when clients learn to achieve mindfulness which helps individuals focus on their thoughts and feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them.

My counseling approach is strengths-based, combining cognitive behavioral and solution-focused counseling styles. In a nutshell, cognitive behavioral therapies look at how our thoughts and actions influence and sometimes create our feelings, and vice versa. Solution-focused therapies are about exploring challenges and figuring out ways to deal with them. Together, we will co-create a specialized treatment plan to meet your individual needs as a couple.The ability to be mindful and present can be often lead to the development of the skills needed to forgive and heal. I help individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, phase of life concerns, concerns related to sexuality, relationship issues and more.
