Together we'll collaborate to learn what's already working, as we gently explore & nurture what hurts. My strengths lie in assisting those coping with chronic pain, low self worth, depression, anxiety/panic, grief, trauma, caregiver role stress & issues related to end of life. I often find myself supporting those on the margins who feel lonely, excluded & different. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is holistic & creative, pulling from my experience as a medical social worker & my love for various wisdom traditions. I include both research-based & complementary methods. I'm certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, trained in EMDR, & use Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, CBT, & EFT. My approach is intimately informed by Yoga, Jungian Psychology, Dream Tending & Wise Woman Healing. I have recently expanded into offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy & integration sessions. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I could be a really good fit if you cope with chronic pain - physical or emotional. I have a heart-centered, empathetic, & targeted approach to healing. Together we'll collaborate to explore & identify exactly what hurts. I'll share alternative perspectives & simple, effective tools you can use to ease any pain, regardless of its source. You'll learn ways to tend your inner experience -- creating a safer, kinder, more compassionate way of being yourself.
