As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in working with children and adolescents, I help individuals families find connection, strength and balance through play therapy, talk therapy, art therapy and family focused therapy. I also specialize in helping those pursing recovery from a variety of traumatic experiences through the use of mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and EMDR.
