I am licensed in Virginia with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. Specifically, I have counseled clients dealing with infertility issues and the transition to parenthood. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also strongly believe in the benefits of therapy and counseling for everyone.
