I am licensed in Maryland with 15 years of experience counseling children. adolescents, and young adults, as well as the parents of children with emotional and behavioral disorders and other disabilities.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults that are struggling with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism, learning disabilities, anger management, emotional regulation, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and impulsivity. I am gender affirming and have specialized training in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I also specialize in counseling parents of children with disabilities or other adjustment issues.

I work from a strength-based perspective and recognize the potential for growth, change, and healing in every person. I utilize a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach to helping people address their challenges.
